Independence
We value our independence. We've aligned ourselves with First Allied Securities, an independent broker/dealer. Since Allen Yee doesn’t work for a corporate broker/ dealer with an agenda and quarterly earnings goals to meet, he doesn’t have to make any quotas or sell proprietary products that might benefit the corporation’s bottom line more than yours. First Allied Securities isn’t involved in selling or underwriting securities, so there are no potential conflicts of interest over selling Initial Public Offering or debt offerings to clients.

Objectivity
As a Certified Estate Advisor and Registered Financial Consultant, Allen places objectivity at the center of the planning process. His job is to objectively assess your financial situation and recommend the best financial strategies to carry out your individual financial plan. Guidant Planning is compensated for its services through a combination of fees and commissions and fully discloses all fee arrangements so that you understand where our fees and revenues come from.

Holistic Approach
We provide full-service wealth management in the four key areas of financial planning: discovery, analysis, implementation and monitoring. We begin with a holistic view of your overall situation and provide counseling based on our proprietary planning process. Periodically we’ll review your plan and goals and recommend adjustments designed to help you achieve a productive, rewarding and financially secure retirement.
